1. If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason, within 60 days of purchase, return them for a refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage/shipping or handling fees.
2. If you have not received your order within ten days of placing your online order, please advise us immediately. We cannot accept claims made more than twenty days after the order was placed. We will refund cost of goods but cannot refund cost of postage/shipping and handling fees.
3. Our products are made from time-tested natural, raw, organic ingredients that we’ve used ourselves. But some people may have allergies and sensitivities. So far we have not experienced any of these with our products, but we are aware this is possible, eg rash with Tea Tree. We provide these products in good faith but customers should take responsibility for use. Always test on a small patch of skin (underarm) for 24 hours before use to check for sensitivities. If in any doubt, take medical advice to check the ingredients will suit you.
4. Adverse reactions may occur for reasons unconnected with these products. In the first place our guarantee is limited to refunding the value of the goods purchased in case of dissatisfaction.
5. Our products have been safety assessed by professional cosmetics safety assessors in terms of EU regulations.
